As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and on all FTD branded products. If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund. All you need to do is to notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your FTD order.
